Hi Daysync community,

Our mobile team has been working hard on this one! Based on your direct feedback, we're thrilled to release some of your most-requested features, including CSV downloads and notification controls. We've also redesigned our sign-up flow and squashed a ton of those tricky bugs.

🚀 New Features

  • Export Guestlists to CSV: This was a big one! You can now export your guestlists as a CSV file directly from your phone—perfect for managing check-ins offline or for your records.

  • Control Your Notifications: You're in charge. Head to Settings to find new preferences for managing exactly which push notifications you want to receive.

  • Reminders Get a Description: Just like on the web, you can now add a description to your Reminders on mobile, giving you space for more context and details for your team.

  • A Simpler, Better Onboarding: We've completely redesigned the sign-up and invite process. It's now much faster and easier to join an organization with an invite code or create a new one.

  • Smarter App Links (Universal Links): Tapping a Daysync link (like a tour invite) on your phone will now open the app directly to the right screen instead of going to your web browser first.

  • "Later" Button for Bulletins: When you receive a Schedule Bulletin, you'll now see a 'Later' option, letting you postpone the update if you're in the middle of something.

✨ Improvements

  • OTP Auto-fill: Logging in is that much faster. Your phone's auto-fill will now correctly suggest your one-time password (OTP) from your text messages.

  • Quick Info in Settings: We've added your name and organization name right in the Settings sidebar so you can see them at a glance.

  • A Fresh New Look: You'll see our updated app logo and new sign-in/sign-up email templates for a cleaner, more modern feel (matching our new web design!).

  • Better Map Search: 'Drive' and 'Walk' items will now use the location's name (not just coordinates) when you search on a map, making navigation much more reliable.

  • Smarter Invites: The app now gives you a clear heads-up if you try to invite someone to a tour who is already on the list, preventing duplicates.

  • Improved Notification Speed: We made some changes under the hood to make sure your notifications get routed and delivered to you more quickly.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Major Guestlist Fixes: We squashed several major Guestlist bugs. That frustrating issue where lists would show a blank page, closed lists would reopen, or the screen would flash is now fixed.

  • Team Role & Refresh Fixes: Changing a team member's role (e.g., from Editor to Admin) will now update instantly without you needing to refresh the app. We also fixed the refresh issue for 'Key Contacts' and 'Room' details inside a Stay.

  • Correct Tour Member Counts: The app will now accurately display the number of members in a tour, and we fixed a related bug that showed incorrect numbers in newly created tours.

  • Schedule & Reminder Sorting: We fixed the bug where Reminders would sort incorrectly across schedule items.

  • Visual Glitch Fixes: We fixed the visual issue where the top of the 'Edit Schedule' screen was the wrong color and another where items were sometimes cut off at the bottom.

  • Correct Avatar on Load: When you first open the app, your correct avatar will show up immediately instead of a placeholder.

  • Passtype Number Display: When you add a passtype on the web, the correct number will now appear when you edit that guest on mobile.

  • Invite Fixes: We fixed issues related to sending invites to the same email/name and a bug where a new role could overwrite an existing one incorrectly.

  • End Time Fix: The app will no longer send an 'end time' for a schedule item if you never set one.
