We've been listening closely to your feedback, and this latest update is all about making your life easier and your app experience smoother. We know that when you are on the road, every second counts, so we've focused on speed, navigation, and polishing the little details. Here’s what’s new in v0.9.15!
📱 Mobile App Updates
🚀 New Features
- Quick Action Menus: navigating your tours and schedules just got faster!
- For Tours: You can now long-press a tour (or tap the new three-dot icon) to instantly copy details, view attachments, or—if you're an Admin—edit and delete items.
- For Schedules: Long-press any day on your Home screen to quickly add items, edit details, or copy the schedule as text to share with your team.
- Smart Venue Location: We’re saving you a step. Now, when you add a Venue to a Show Day that doesn’t have a location yet, Daysync will automatically ask if you want to set that venue as the day's main location.
- Batch Confirmations: Managing complex schedules? You can now mark all pending schedule items for a specific tour day as "Confirmed" in one go.
- Smarter Key Contacts: Now when adding a key contact to a Stay or a Venue, find them easily in the new Contacts tab without having to navigate to the original listing. You can also choose from multiple different options on how to contact them easily within the app.
✨ Improvements
- Smoother Organization Switching: For those of you managing multiple teams, switching organizations is now seamless. The app handles the switch in the background while keeping your menu open, so you don't lose your place.
- Enhanced Profile Editing: We’ve given the profile screen a makeover! You'll notice smoother animations when editing your info, and we’ve fixed the layout so the keyboard never blocks the "Verify" button again.
- Better Feedback Flow: When you tap "Send Feedback," it now opens cleanly within your current settings view, making it easier than ever to tell us what you think.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Avatar Uploads: We fixed a bug where profile pictures would get stuck loading or fail to upload. Your face is back on the map!
- Email Cursor Fix: Squashed a pesky bug where the cursor would jump to the end of the line while you were editing your email address.
- Login & Security Polish: We’ve resolved several issues on the Login and Security screens, improving error messages and ensuring special characters work perfectly.
