Daysync Web App Release v0.9.12 - Release notes

Hey everyone, Kenny here with the breakdown of our latest web release.

Precision Scheduling & A Cleaner Workspace.

While the mobile app got a massive feature drop, we’ve been hard at work on the Web Dashboard to ensure your logistics are rock solid. This update is all about accuracy—making sure your schedule, tour list, and team roster look exactly the way they should.

Here is what’s new on Web:

✈️ Smarter Scheduling for International Travel

Touring across time zones (especially the International Date Line) used to require some mental gymnastics. Not anymore.

  • Smart Flight Handling: The scheduler now does the math for you. If a flight pushes you into tomorrow (or yesterday), you’ll see automatic +1 / -1 Day indicators right in the timepicker.
  • Timezone Alignment: We’ve ironed out specific bugs with Primary/Secondary time zones—specifically fixing offset errors for tours running on Adelaide time, ensuring your itinerary stays accurate.

🗂️ Your Tours, Perfectly Sorted

We’ve reorganised the Tours List so the most important info is always at the top. The new priority logic is simple:

  • Live Tours: Active tours sit at the top (closing soonest first).
  • Upcoming Tours: Next in line (starting soonest first).
  • Expiring & Archived: Moved to the bottom to keep your view clean.

Plus, the "Archiving in X Days" countdown now updates in real-time.

👥 Crystal Clear Team Management

We’ve improved how you view your crew to prevent confusion.

  • See Who’s Pending: Users you’ve invited who haven’t accepted yet will now clearly show up on the Tour Card. No more wondering if the invite actually went out.
  • No More Duplicates: We’ve blocked the ability to accidentally invite the same email address twice, keeping your user list clean.

As I mentioned on this mornings mobile release notes: we truly appreciate the response we've received during this early phase of Daysync's life. Keep the feedback coming, we can't build a product for the community without the community's help!

Finally, we've built a Discord community server for Daysync, for those who would like to stay connected and have a place to directly ask the team about features, updates and everything else - here's the link to join: https://discord.gg/qVcHt97B

Until next time,

Kenny
