We've been listening closely to your feedback, and this latest update (0.9.7) is all about making your life easier and your app experience smoother. You'll find one of your most-requested features, some big improvements to collaboration, and a long list of bug fixes that target those little daily frustrations.

Here’s what’s new!

🚀 New Features

  • Attach Files to Stays: You asked for it, and here it is! You can now upload files (like booking confirmations, PDFs, or tickets) directly to any 'Stay' item. Keep all your accommodation details in one organised place.

  • See Pending Team Invites: When you assign an item in the Schedule, Stay, or Venue to a team member who hasn't accepted their invite yet, you'll now see their name clearly marked as "pending."

✨ Improvements

  • A Fresh New Look: We've updated our app logo and polished our sign-in pages and email templates for a cleaner, more modern, and consistent experience.

  • Clearer Loading Indicators: When selecting a location for a Stay, Schedule, or Venue, you'll now see a small loading spinner. No more guessing if the app is searching!

  • Smoother Team Invites: We've improved the reliability of inviting multiple team members at once.

  • Default Schedule Titles: When you create a new schedule item, we'll now add a default title (like "New Schedule") to help you get started faster.

  • Flexible Organization Names: Your organisation name can now include numbers (e.g., "Tour Co 365").

  • Org. Owner Visibility: For better clarity, the main 'Organisation' page now clearly displays who the account owner is.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • No More Constant Logouts: We squashed that extremely annoying bug that was forcing you to log back in every day. Your session will now stay active as expected.

  • Calendar & Timezone Fixes: We heard you loud and clear on this one. We fixed the major bug that caused some schedule items to show a 1-day offset due to timezone differences. We also fixed the "current time" indicator in the calendar so it's always accurate.

  • Overlapping Window Fix: We fixed those pesky visual glitches where pop-up windows (like for Stays or the Guestlist) would incorrectly overlap or hide behind other elements.

  • Email Invite Fix: Inviting users with uppercase letters in their email (e.g., "TourGuide@...com") now works perfectly.

  • Clearer Login Errors: If you enter the wrong password, you'll now see a clear error message instead of a generic failure.

  • Travel Item Display: Location names for 'Sea', 'Walk', and 'Flight' items are now displaying correctly in all views.

  • Stay Check-in Date: Fixed an issue where the check-in date wouldn't update correctly when you changed a 'Stay' location.

  • Dark Mode Scrollbar: The scrollbar is now easy to see when you're using dark mode.
