Daysync Web v0.9.9 - Release Notes

Hi Daysync community,

Reuben here with your latest Web App updates! We’ve focused this release on helping you communicate better with your team and navigate your tours with fewer clicks. From a brand-new way to post announcements to a cleaner dashboard, here is how we are upgrading your web experience.

💻 Web App Updates

🚀 New Features

  • Stay Connected with Bulletins: Communication is key on tour. We’ve added a Bulletin feature—a centralized board right in the app. Authorized users can now create, schedule, and manage tour-wide posts. It's never been easier to keep your crew informed and on the same page!
  • Streamlined No Active Tours Dashboard: We’ve completely refreshed the No Active Tours Layout. The new interface gives you a clear command center to create, switch, join, or view archived tours. Whether you are starting a new run or managing an old one, the process is now much smoother.
  • Enhanced Day Header: Navigating your schedule should be effortless. Our new Day Header replaces the old design with a powerful component that gives you detailed, at-a-glance information for the selected day, plus intuitive controls to jump through your itinerary day-by-day.

✨ Improvements

  • Better Team Visibility: We’ve rolled out a new layout for the Tour Member page. It’s cleaner and more organized.
  • Smarter Schedule Exports: For those who love paper backups, we’ve improved the CSV download for daily schedules. Durations longer than 24 hours now display correctly, and files are automatically named with the Organization, Tour, Date, and Location so you can keep your files organized instantly.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Timezone Synchronization: We fixed a tricky issue where room check-in, check-out, and stay times weren't adjusting correctly when changing system timezones. Your logistics will now stay perfectly synced between the Web and Mobile apps.
  • Clearer Data Views: We fixed a UI issue in the schedule data sheet view where venue and stay information was getting cut off. Now, you can see the full details without squinting.
  • File Management: The "Delete Uploaded File" button on the Edit Venue page is back in action. You can now easily remove outdated documents or incorrect uploads.

We're so grateful for your suggestions—they truly help us make Daysync better for everyone. Please keep the feedback coming!

All the best, Reuben & The Daysync Team
