Mobile v1.0.3 – Release Notes

v1.0.3 brings AI-powered schedule importing, colour-coded day types, and voice-to-text input to your phone. These updates make it easier than ever to manage your tour on the go, from importing complex schedules to capturing notes hands-free.

What's New

🤖 AI Schedule Import

You can now upload documents directly from your phone and have Daysync's AI automatically parse them into schedule items. An inline prompt walks you through the process, making it easy to import schedules on the go.

🎨 Colour-Coded Day Types

Day types like Show Day, Travel Day, Production Day, and Day Off are now colour-coded in the Dates tab, matching the web experience. This makes it much easier to scan your tour and find specific types of days at a glance.

🎙️ Voice-to-Text Input

All text fields on Android now support voice-to-text input, so you can dictate notes, descriptions, and other details hands-free.

Improvements

"Last updated" renamed to "Last synced" — The label now more accurately reflects when your data was last synced.
Links in notes and bulletins now clickable — URLs in Notes and Bulletin fields are automatically detected and become tappable links.
Character limits removed on Notes & Bulletin — Write freely without hitting a character cap.
Location search refined — Location fields now return results specific to the relevant area for more accurate suggestions.

Bug Fixes

Schedule

End times now automatically adjust when you change the start time to a later time, preventing overlaps.
Day type label colours no longer revert to white/grey when a day is selected.

AI Import

The AI import text area has been resized for a better fit, and the modal now dismisses correctly when tapping outside.
