Mobile v1.0.5 – Release Notes

This release brings the new multi-venue day workflow to mobile, adds the venue info section so many of you have been asking for, and includes a deep cleanup of how user preferences apply across the app. Your measurement, date, and time settings should now feel consistent everywhere.

What's New

🗓️ Multiple Venues On A Single Day

A day can now have more than one venue. Each venue lives as its own row on the day page, with its own guest list and venue detail page. Single-venue days look and behave exactly as they always have.

🏨 Venue Info Section

Add structured information to a venue with unlimited title and description fields. Production notes, contact details, parking instructions — anything you used to bury in an attachment can now live a few taps away on the venue page.

🛏️ Show or Hide Stay Checkouts

A new option lets you hide the checkout day for each stay. Cleaner schedule view for tours where the crew is in a different hotel every night.

🎟️ Guest List Multi-Venue Support

When a day has multiple venues, the guest list page now shows a row per venue — each with its own count, status, and submission flow. Tap the venue you want and you'll land on its specific guest list.

🔄 Master Tour Sync (Beta)

Connect your Master Tour account and import an organisation straight into Daysync — all tours, show days, venues, schedule items, and crew, all in one go.

Improvements

• Consistent preferences — Your measurement, date, and time formats now apply correctly across every screen, including the schedule, guest list, exports, and bulletin activity. No more app restart required when you change a preference.
• Map appearance fixed — The map style now matches your light or dark theme correctly.
• Faster day loading — The app no longer makes excessive background calls for days with no content, so it feels snappier and uses less data.
• Live collaborative updates — Updates made by other teammates now appear on your screen automatically.
• Faster tour list loading — Tours load noticeably quicker, especially for larger organisations with lots of history.

Bug Fixes

Edit Flows

• Fixed an issue where editing a day's location could fail to load or save changes.

Bulletins & Notifications

• Fixed a crash when saving a bulletin that didn't have a scheduled time set.

Account & Sign-in

• The "Resend code" button now works correctly when updating your email address.
• Improved handling of an edge case during sign-up when a new user quits partway through.

Display

• The random default avatar selection no longer occasionally shows a blank avatar.
