Create a master "Tour Personnel" list that auto-populates Advance Sheets.
Users currently have to manually input crew numbers and names for every individual show advance. We propose a global "Tour Party" section where you can list all Band and Crew members and their laminate requirements once. This data would then automatically sync to the Advance Sheet for every tour date, eliminating repetitive data entry for each venue.
