This update brings schedule placeholder blocks, a new colour selector for calendar items, and a much smarter map view — along with a healthy round of performance improvements and bug fixes across the web app.

What’s New

🗓️ Schedule Placeholder Blocks

You can now add placeholder blocks to your daily schedule to reserve time for activities that haven’t been fully planned yet. Placeholders support different timezones, work seamlessly with travel items, and can be colour-coded to keep your schedule visually organised. A new close button on the right makes it easy to dismiss them when you’re done.

🎨 Calendar Colour Selector

Bring colour to your calendar. You can now assign custom colours to any schedule item, making it easier to visually distinguish between different types of activities at a glance.

🗺️ Smarter Map View

The map now intelligently focuses on the locations that matter most. When viewing stays, the map centres on your accommodation and nearby venues instead of zooming out to fit distant cities. A new “Show All Locations” toggle lets you see everything when you need the full picture, and far-away locations are visually de-emphasised so the important ones stand out.

Improvements

• Faster location search — Addresses now populate instantly after selection, with no more waiting around.
• Better address search — Rental and residence location fields now find specific street-level addresses when you type a full address.
• Template undo support — You can now undo changes when saving, applying, or deleting schedule templates.
• Smoother animations — Drawers and panels now open and close with smooth transitions throughout the app.
• Polished tour setup — After upgrading your plan, you’re taken straight to creating your first tour. Date pickers now use a clearer long-form format, and location search in the tour creation flow has been improved.
• Subscription management — Cancelling and reactivating your subscription now works seamlessly, including purchasing additional seats after a previous cancellation.
• Improved security — Location search services are now handled more securely behind the scenes.

Bug Fixes

Calendar

• Date picker no longer skips months when navigating.
• Day indicator only appears when the time grid is visible.
• Calendar overlay display has been corrected for overlapping items.
• All-day item styling now displays correctly.
• Clicking “no end time” no longer incorrectly triggers all-day mode.
• Various calendar interaction issues have been resolved.

Schedule & Timezones

• Daysheet start and end times now display correctly when you’re in a different timezone.
• Day timezone no longer gets stuck after changing location between cities in different timezones.
• Schedule interaction issues have been tidied up.

Navigation

• Page routing has been fixed across the app.
• Refreshing on the tour schedule page no longer shows an extra sidebar.
• Profile dropdown now appears reliably on first login.
• Invite notifications now appear correctly after refreshing the page.

Tours & Venues

• Tours from organisations you’ve left no longer persist on your tour page.
• The People and Archived Tours sections are now visible again.
• Tour creation no longer stalls briefly after finishing setup.
• The “Add Venue” button now responds correctly to clicks.
• Confirm and unconfirm icons now match the latest design.

Drive Items

• A clear error message now appears when no driving route can be calculated between locations.
• Drive items with complete information no longer show unnecessary save prompts.

Files & Invitations

• Long file names no longer cause display issues during upload.
• File upload errors and icons now display correctly.
• Default invite recipient is now set to tour member.
• Guest list checkbox selection now works correctly.

Billing

• Payment flow during tour creation now redirects correctly after completing your purchase.
• Subscription cancellation issues have been resolved.
• Reduced unnecessary billing service requests for improved performance.
• Accommodation column display has been corrected.
