Web v1.0.3 – Release Notes
13 April 2026
We've packed v1.0.3 with powerful new ways to manage your schedule, faster workflows for daily tasks, and a more intuitive interface throughout the app. Whether you're importing schedules with AI or confirming items in bulk, these updates are designed to save you time and keep your tour organised.
What's New
Right-click on any schedule item in Calendar, Day Sheet, or Table view to access quick actions like edit, duplicate, move, and delete. This gives you faster access to the actions you use most without needing to open each item.
✅ Confirm All Schedule Items
A new "Confirm All" option in the schedule's More menu lets you confirm every item on the schedule with a single click, rather than going through them one by one. Great for locking in a finalised schedule quickly.
🤖 AI Schedule Import
Upload a document — such as a PDF, spreadsheet, or plain text file — and Daysync will use AI to parse your schedule and create items automatically. This includes support for Daysync's own exported formats. An inline prompt guides you through the process directly on the schedule page.
📅 Day Sheet Calendar View
A new calendar view has been added to the Day Sheet, giving you a visual overview of your scheduled items for the day at a glance.
📋 Copy Tour Dates & Schedule as Plain Text
You can now copy your tour dates and full schedule as plain text, making it easy to paste into emails, documents, or other tools without formatting issues.
