Web v1.0.5 – Release Notes

Web v1.0.5 – Release Notes

Sunday 10 May 2026

This release gives tour managers more control over the shape of their schedule — multi-venue days, smarter stay views, hideable past dates, and richer venue information. We've also closed out a long list of stability fixes across the edit flows and user preferences.

What's New

🗓️ Multiple Venues On A Single Day

You can now schedule more than one venue on the same date. Each venue gets its own row in the schedule, its own guest list, and its own venue page — perfect for festivals, multi-show days, or back-to-back gigs. Days with a single venue look exactly the same as before.

🏨 Venue Info Section

Add structured information directly to a venue with unlimited title and description fields. Great for production notes, contact details, parking instructions, or anything you'd otherwise bury in an attachment. This information shows up across both web and mobile, so the band and crew can find it without digging through PDFs.

📅 Hide Past Dates Toggle

A new toggle lets you hide tour dates that have already passed, so your view stays focused on what's coming next. Flip it back any time to review history.

🛏️ Show or Hide Stay Checkouts

Choose whether to display the checkout day for each stay. Useful for tours where the crew is in a different hotel every night and the checkout row just adds clutter.

🎟️ Guest List Export Options

The guest list export now gives you more control over what's included and how the file is structured, so the version you hand off matches what the venue actually wants.

✏️ Pass Type Visibility

Pass type visibility controls have been brought to web, matching mobile. Changes made on either platform stay in sync.

🔄 Master Tour Sync (Beta)

Connect your Master Tour account and import an organisation straight into Daysync — all tours, show days, venues, schedule items, and crew, all in one go.

Improvements

  • Faster tour list loading — Tours load noticeably quicker now, especially for larger organisations with lots of history.
  • Live collaborative updates — Edits made by another teammate now appear on your screen without needing to refresh.
  • More consistent preferences — Your chosen measurement, date, and time formats now apply everywhere they should across the app, including exports and pickers.

Bug Fixes

Edit Flows

  • Fixed an issue where editing a day's location could fail to load or save changes.
  • Fixed a crash when editing a Stay from the kebab menu.
  • Fixed the AI Import modal so the discard guard triggers correctly when pressing Escape.

Calendar & Schedule

  • Calendar events no longer stay highlighted after you've closed the side drawer.
  • Long modals are now properly scrollable, so you can always reach the form fields and submit buttons.

Guest List & Invites

  • The invite link now properly blocks access without a valid invite code.

Display & Time Zones

  • Fixed a time edge case affecting ACDT (Australian Central Daylight Time) display.
  • The random default avatar selection no longer occasionally shows a blank avatar.

Stability

  • Improved how the app handles a quirk in the sign-up flow when a new user quits halfway through.
