This release gives tour managers more control over the shape of their schedule — multi-venue days, smarter stay views, hideable past dates, and richer venue information. We've also closed out a long list of stability fixes across the edit flows and user preferences.
You can now schedule more than one venue on the same date. Each venue gets its own row in the schedule, its own guest list, and its own venue page — perfect for festivals, multi-show days, or back-to-back gigs. Days with a single venue look exactly the same as before.
Add structured information directly to a venue with unlimited title and description fields. Great for production notes, contact details, parking instructions, or anything you'd otherwise bury in an attachment. This information shows up across both web and mobile, so the band and crew can find it without digging through PDFs.
A new toggle lets you hide tour dates that have already passed, so your view stays focused on what's coming next. Flip it back any time to review history.
Choose whether to display the checkout day for each stay. Useful for tours where the crew is in a different hotel every night and the checkout row just adds clutter.
The guest list export now gives you more control over what's included and how the file is structured, so the version you hand off matches what the venue actually wants.
Pass type visibility controls have been brought to web, matching mobile. Changes made on either platform stay in sync.
