Web v1.1.3 – Release Notes

This release focuses on reliability across chat, scheduling, and the desktop app, alongside a broad round of interface polish based on your feedback. We've also made it easier to stay in sync with your tour dates from outside Daysync.

What's New

🗓️ Calendar Subscriptions

You can now subscribe to your organisation and tour schedules directly from your own calendar app, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Organisation-level feeds show each tour as a placeholder on your calendar, while tour-level feeds break each day down with its location and details — and every event links straight back to Daysync.

📝 Rich Text Bulletins

Bulletins now support rich text formatting, so you can use bold text, lists, and other formatting to make announcements clearer and easier to read at a glance.

Searching for schedule items, tags, and people to mention throughout Daysync is now more forgiving of typos and partial matches, and results load more smoothly as you scroll. Tags can now also be searched directly on the web app.

Improvements

  • Smarter location suggestions — Creating a venue or stay now shows only your recently used locations, cutting down on clutter, while schedule editing keeps its full range of contextual suggestions.
  • Schedule item title limit — Schedule item titles are now capped at 50 characters with a live counter, consistent with tour and organisation names.
  • Delete confirmations — Deleting an item now asks you to confirm first, so nothing is removed by accident.
  • Accommodation rooms — All rooms in an accommodation now show on a single page instead of being split up, making it easier to scan your full list.
  • Smoother scrolling — Scrolling throughout the web app has been refined for a smoother, more consistent feel.
  • Consistent wording — Cleaned up spelling and wording throughout the app for a more polished experience.
  • Faster desktop downloads — The desktop app now downloads and updates more quickly.
