Web v1.1.4 – Release Notes

Web v1.1.4 – Release Notes

20 July 2026

This release brings some of our biggest quality-of-life updates yet to the web and desktop apps. You can now keep working when your connection drops, connect Daysync to your favourite AI assistant, and enjoy redesigned venue and stay panels — alongside a smarter sidebar and a host of refinements right across the app.

What's New

🔌 Connect Your AI Assistant

You can now connect Daysync to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude from the new Integrations area in your settings. Once connected, you can ask your assistant to help manage your tours, schedules, and more — and disconnect again at any time. It's a simple way to bring Daysync into the tools you already use every day.

📴 Keep Working Offline

Daysync now keeps working even when your connection drops. Pages you've already visited will still open, and any changes you make while offline are saved and synced automatically the moment you're back online — with a clear indicator so you always know when you last synced. Ideal for load-ins, tunnels, and venues with patchy signal.

🏨 Redesigned Venues & Stays

We've rebuilt the venue and stay panels with a cleaner, more compact layout that's faster to scan and easier to edit. Details are clearer, list items are tidier, and everything fits together more neatly across your whole tour.

🗂️ Custom Fields

You can now add your own custom fields to schedule items, stays, and venues — so you can capture exactly the details your tour needs, whether that's access codes, parking notes, or anything else. Your custom fields stay with each item wherever it appears.

🔍 Search & Filter in the Sidebar

Finding the right tour or organisation is now much quicker. The sidebar includes built-in search and filtering, so you can jump straight to what you're looking for instead of scrolling.

🟢 See Who's Online

Avatars across Daysync now show a green dot when someone is currently online. Whether you're in chat, browsing tour members, or mentioning a teammate, you can tell at a glance who's around right now — so you know when to expect a quick reply.

Improvements

  • Clearer visibility controls — We've reworked how you control who can see each item, making it easier to keep the right information in front of the right people.
  • Smarter time entry — Time fields now accept 24-hour times and durations like "4h" or "1h30m", and the picker opens on your selected time so it no longer jumps around.
  • Paste images into chat — You can now paste an image straight into a chat message, instead of adding it as an attachment.
  • Faster loading — Schedules and tour information load noticeably faster, especially on longer tours.
  • Condensed timeline view — Timeline items now come in a smaller, more compact size for a tidier overview.
  • Interface polish — Refined date markers, badges, and spacing across the app, including a clearer "Today" marker on your global dates.
