Web v1.1.5 – Release Notes

This release builds on the offline mode introduced last month and makes it considerably more dependable, alongside a broad round of fixes across your calendar, day sheets, and organisation settings.

What's New

📴 A More Dependable Offline Mode

Offline mode is now far more reliable. Days no longer come up empty when you switch between them while a change is still saving, and your last-synced status tells you exactly what's genuinely stored on your device rather than showing a hopeful green tick. Stay details also update live now when someone edits them on their phone.

🔌 More Ways to Connect

Your connected tools can now work with tags as well as schedules, venues, and stays, so everything stays labelled the way you organise it. We've also published full documentation at docs.daysync.com for anyone building their own connection to Daysync.

Improvements

Region-aware defaults — Distances and phone numbers now follow your part of the world instead of defaulting to Australian units and formats.
Smarter document scanning — Scanned and photo-based PDFs now import correctly instead of failing, and you'll get a clear explanation when a document genuinely can't be read.
Tidier menus — Dropdowns are sized correctly, and we've removed prompts that only belonged in the desktop app.

Bug Fixes

Schedule & Calendar

Fixed days rendering empty when you switched days while a change was still saving.
Fixed the calendar flickering when creating an item in certain time zones.
Fixed the item action menu opening below the bottom of the screen.
Fixed new items saving without a status, so the unconfirmed indicator now shows correctly.
Fixed reminders duplicating after closing and reopening an item.

Day Sheet

Fixed End time and Duration dropping onto separate lines.

Tours & Organisations

Fixed being unable to create a tour.
Organisation names now accept special characters.
Fixed the delete organisation screen not sitting centred on the page.
The demo tour can now be deleted from the app.

Desktop App

Fixed highlighted text rendering incorrectly on Windows 11.
Fixed the unread badge not appearing.
Fixed the app switching to dark mode when you made the window narrower.

Stays & Accommodation

Fixed accommodation marked confirmed on web still showing as unconfirmed on mobile.

Account & Billing

Deleting your account or organisation now cancels your subscription, so billing stops as it should.
Fixed people without a name showing as "undefined undefined" across the app.

Chat & Notifications

Fixed links not opening correctly in chat messages.
Improved the reliability of push notifications.
Reminders for deleted tours are no longer sent.
