Web v1.1.7 – Release Notes

Two significant additions this release: you can now share Daysync with other tour professionals and earn from it, and you can export a proper day sheet as a PDF — one of our most requested features. We've also worked through a wide round of fixes across the schedule and desktop app.

What's New

🎁 Refer a Friend

You can now invite other tour professionals to Daysync with your own personal link. They get their first month free on the unlimited plan, and you earn 10–20% commission on their payments for their first 12 months — with your rate rising as you refer more people. Track your invites and earnings, and withdraw your balance, all from the new Refer page.

📄 Day Sheet PDF Export

You can now export any day as a traditional day sheet PDF, with the venue, schedule, and accommodation details together on one page. Ideal for posting up backstage or on the bus, and for keeping a proper record of past tours you can come back to years later.

🔌 Deeper Integrations

Your connected tools can now pull a whole tour in one go and work with far more of your information, including tags and reminders — so anything you've connected to Daysync sees the full picture.

Improvements

• Tax shown at checkout — Any applicable tax is now calculated and shown as its own line item when you subscribe, so the total is clear before you pay.
• Cleaner notifications — Notifications and badges left over from archived tours are now cleared out instead of lingering.
• Steadier on busy days — Days packed with detail now load more reliably, even on the biggest tours.

Bug Fixes

Schedule

• Fixed duplicate items being created when adding to the schedule.
• Fixed items snapping back to their previous position after a change.
• Fixed click-and-drag behaviour on schedule items in the desktop app.
• Fixed start and end times being wrong in some Australian time zones.

Tours & Navigation

• Fixed Create new tour, Edit tour, and Manage tour access doing nothing when opened from the sidebar.
• Archiving a demo tour now explains why it can't be archived instead of showing a bare error.

Desktop App

• Copying now tells you when it hasn't worked, instead of confirming a copy that didn't happen.
• Fixed a recoverable connection error closing the app.
• Removed unnecessary update checks from the Windows store version.

Sign-In

• Fixed a long delay signing in on accounts with a lot of invite history.

Chat & Notifications

• Fixed online status failing to load for some people.
• Fixed push notifications occasionally being dropped.
• Fixed live updates being missed when several changes landed at once.

Venues

• Fixed venue photos being skipped when a venue was added from a map search.

Onboarding

• Fixed misaligned navigation buttons when signing up in Safari on a phone.
